Could not be more pleased with Pumphrey's for my mothers funeral and burial services. I cannot recommend this place without making a special note to commend/recommend Shelby Kelley. Shelby went above and beyond, providing hands on care and services, for what could have been an unpleasant experience. The kindness, thoughtfulness and support given to me by Will while arranging for my husband's cremation made a huge difference in lessening the grief I felt by his passing. I was helped to chose exactly what I wanted for him after being given all the options. It made his cremation ceremony a more personal event in which I felt I had helped him finally get to compete peace after his suffering had ended. Also, my final memory of him will be something I will cherish for the rest of my life.

Pumphrey was professional and caring throughout the whole process. I was very happy with the responsiveness to the situation and in particular the guidance that Natalie provided. My mother passed at 11 pm and the hospital gave us 4 hours to move out!! Pumphrey showed up in about an hour. Natalie answered all of our questions and presented the services in a very clear and respectful way. Overall, I couldn't have been more impressed with the service we received from Pumphrey’s.
