Mr. Kenneth W. Sisson, age 54 of Frederick passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday, January 7, 2013 . He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Daiquiri L. Sisson, son George T. Sisson, daughter Samantha M. Sisson, his 2 brothers, 3 sisters and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Sisson was a valued superintendent of the City of Frederick's Water Department, he worked for the City of Frederick for 19 years. He was an avid Harley Davidson motorcycle rider and history buff.
