Bereavement Support Groups

After suffering a loss, we at Pumphrey Funeral Homes believe that the healing process doesn't begin and end with the funeral service. Often, it is helpful to share your feelings with others who understand what you are experiencing. A number of support groups sponsored by hospitals, hospices, church and other organizations are available to assist you in this time of need. Many support groups address specific types of loss and meet on a regular basis. Pumphrey Funeral Homes sponsor quarterly bereavement workshops that meet in both our Bethesda-Chevy Chase and Rockville locations.
