On Wednesday, February 6, 2013 of Rockville, MD, of natural causes. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Earl Vargo; mother of Franklin J. Vargo; grandmother of Christine Wellborn, Tania Erman, Alexandra Tagami and Natasha Vargo. Also survived by five great grandchildren.
