Just a short note to let you know something I’m sure you already know—Your staff, especially Aaron Charlton, is without peers in the entire Washington, D.C. area.

When my aunt passed away in March, our family needed guidance and assistance getting through this difficult and mournful time. Mr. Charlton “walked” us through the entire procedure and went above and beyond our expectations to make sure that every part of the funeral and burial plans would go off without a hitch. He even came in before his normally scheduled time just to check on things. Also, after the day of the funeral and burial, he made a special point to call me just to make sure that we had no concerns.

In addition to Aaron, the two fellows that spent the entire Mass and burial time with us, George and Kevin, were especially comforting and attentive. During the graveside service, Kevin noticed that my wife was cold and immediately took off his suit coat and wrapped it around my wife.

I would be remiss if I didn’t also commend Doris for her friendly and caring attention that she gave us. Last, but certainly not least, both Jim and Logan even got involved and took exceptional care of us.

Mr. Pumphrey, I operate my own service business and I am well aware that the morale and customer service attitude of the entire staff stems from the top. You are to be congratulated for developing such a fine working environment, especially in a setting that normally deals with sadness and loss.”
